You need 2 l water for 1 kg fir buds. Make a syrup of 4 l water and 1 kg sugar and boil it for 10 minutes. Put the buds in bottles with a large neck and pour the syrup. Let it macerate until next day. The syrup can be kept only 3 or 4 days. The syrup is getting mouldy and ferments if not kept in the refrigerator. Respirator diseases.
