Frunze de nuc (pentru brunete), muşeţel (blonde), salvie (roşcate) sau pătrunjel(conferă volum părului şi se potriveşte cu toate nuanţele capilare).

Într-un recipient rezistent la foc amestecaţi o lingură şi jumătate din planta aleasă cu o linguriţă de Borax pur şi trei linguri de frunze sau rădăcină de săpunariţă (de la Plafar). Turnaţi peste ingrediente 450 ml apă clocotită şi amestecaţi. Acoperiţi vasul cu un capac şi lăsaţi să se răcească. Lăsaţi să stea două zile, amestecând din când în când, apoi strecuraţi lichidul. Şamponul e gata!

In a heat proof jar you mix a spoon and a half of the chosen plant with a teaspoon of pure Borax and three spoons of leaves or roots of Soapwort (Saponaria officinallis). Pour over the ingredients 450 ml of boiled water and stir well. Cover the jar with a lid and let it cool. Leave it for two days, stirring from time to time, and after that you filter the liquid. The shampoo is ready!
