După ce o curăţaţi şi o spălaţi, puneţi zmeura să se zvânte, cca 2 ore, pe un şervet curat. Puneţi-o apoi într-un borcan, până la 10 cm de gură. Presăraţi deasupra zahăr tos fin şi ţuică de fructe de 40° (300 g zahăr la 1 litru alcool). Lăsaţi să se macereze 3 luni la loc întunecos.

After trimming and washing them you put the raspberries to air for about two hours on a clean napkin. After that you put it in a pot, leaving 10 cm to the inlet.
